This cookbook was created by the Hostages and Missing Families Forum for Shavuot 2024, with 75 dairy recipes that were the favorite dishes of hostages held in Gaza, both those still living and those who were killed. It sold over 65,000 copies in Hebrew and English, and all proceeds go to the families. It is one of the most meaningful cookbooks to come out of Israel in recent memory.
