Grandma Cooks Gourmet: Seniors And Holocaust Survivors Cook With Israeli Top Chefs
Twenty-four Holocaust survivors were each paired with a top Israeli chef, cooking their own specialty dish in the chef's restaurant while the chef served as their sous chef, and then the chef created a modern version using the same ingredients. The book presents both versions of every recipe alongside each survivor's personal story, and it won awards at the Gourmand International competition in 2017.
